#Conference fees
We ask each participant for 30 € to cover lunches on working days and coffee breaks.
#Venue
The lectures will take place in the Amphitheatre N of the Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Renens (ESIR school, Building 41bis), located in the western part of the Beaulieu campus of University Rennes 1. A map of the campus is available here. Surf also on this map.
Bus route 4 and route 31 go to the campus. The nearest stop to the ESIR is Beaulieu Chimie.
We will welcome you on Monday morning in the ESIR building from 9am for registration. The school will begin at 10am by a welcome address and a quick overview of the lectures. The first lecture will start at 11am.
Other places of interest on the campus
The Math Department (IRMAR) is located in the northern part of the campus in the buildings 22-23.
You may go and work and read (but not borrow) books in the "Bibliothèque Universitaire", located in front of the ESIR building, from Monday to Friday from 8h45 to 19h00 and on Saturdays from 8h45 to 17h45.
The research library is located on the 7th floor of the IRMAR building (building 22). It is open from Monday to Friday, from 8h30 to 12h and from 13h to 17h30 (17h on Fridays). You are not allowed to borrow books. Please display your badge at the entrance.
###Student rooms (For the participants who asked for lodging support) Student rooms are located in the northern part of Beaulieu Campus, at walking distance from ESIR and IRMAR. From the railway station please take bus 1. See also the bus route.
###Coming to Rennes
By train: From the Paris Montparnasse railway station, one can easily reach Rennes in about two hours. You can book your tickets online here.
By plane: Rennes airport is connected by direct flights to Paris CDG. The not very frequent Bus N° 57 goes to the "Aire Libre/ Aéroport" stop in Saint-Jacques de la Lande, at about 300m from the airport.
Note also, that there are direct trains from CDG airport to Rennes. In case of delayed plane arrival, there are public transportation (RER) to Paris downtown, and Paris Montparnasse railway station. Ask at the SNCF office at the airport if you need to change your train tickets.
If you arrive on a Sunday
Please note that there are fewer buses on Sundays. Check on the site of the bus company. No food is available around the Campus on Sundays. You have to eat in down-town Rennes.
#Internet You can get internet access through EDUROAM or EDUSPOT. Otherwise, you can get a guest account by simply answering to the email you will get from the IT department of Rennes University (DSI).
#Travelling inside Rennes
Check the site of the bus company in particular the map of the main routes and the map of night routes.
In addition to buses and subways, you may use the bikes "vélostar" (1 € for one day / 5 € for a week). Check on the velostar website.
#Hotels and restaurants
Lunches on working days will be served in the university restaurant inside the Beaulieu campus.
A possibility for lodging is at la Hublais. It is not far from the Campus, about a 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by bus N°6. The price is around 36 € per night including breakfast. You have to book and pay by yourself. If you are interested, please send a request to hublais@wanadoo.fr

#Social program
A trip to Mont Saint-Michel is scheduled on Saturday, May 17.
- departure : 13h30 Beaulieu campus (Meeting point parking P4- see the campus map).
- return time : 19h00 at Beaulieu Campus.
We will have one conference dinner on each Wednesday. A financial participation of 15€ is required if you want to attend one of these dinners.
